Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and OnagiTV ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the OnagiTV IPTV streaming service, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you access the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

OnagiTV delivers premium Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming, providing subscribers access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) libraries, series, sports broadcasts, and other media content delivered over an internet connection.

The Service is provided on a prepaid subscription basis. Access is granted following confirmed receipt of payment. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or remove features, adjust channel line-ups due to licensing changes, and perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

To subscribe you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to subscribe.
• Personal use: Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial household use only, unless you hold a current OnagiTV Reseller Agreement.
• Credential security: You must not share login credentials with anyone outside your immediate household.
• Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or circumvent suspensions is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these conditions without prior notice or refund.

All subscription fees are denominated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by local law.

• Manual renewal: OnagiTV subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually renew before expiry to avoid interruption.
• Payment security: Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors. OnagiTV does not store full payment card details.
• Activation: Access is typically activated within 1–24 hours of confirmed payment.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails or a chargeback is initiated, your subscription will be suspended immediately.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future subscription periods with advance notice.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and only for lawful personal viewing. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorised redistribution: Sharing, reselling, or distributing credentials to third parties without an OnagiTV Reseller Agreement.
• Public broadcast: Streaming content to public audiences, venues, hotels, or commercial establishments.
• Content recording: Systematically downloading or recording content without prior written consent.
• Technical interference: Attempting to hack, decompile, or circumvent security measures protecting the Service.
• Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.
• Stream limit abuse: Exceeding permitted concurrent connections for your subscription plan.
• Illegal use: Using the Service in any manner violating applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All content accessible through OnagiTV — including live broadcasts, films, series, sports events, and other media — is owned by or licensed to the respective rights-holders. OnagiTV acts as a distributor and does not claim ownership of third-party content.

The OnagiTV brand, logo, website design, user interface, software, and proprietary systems are the exclusive intellectual property of OnagiTV and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnagiTV disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of content
• Guarantees that the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful code

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnagiTV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or personal data
• Any content accessed through or transmitted via the Service
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

In no event shall OnagiTV's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) calendar months preceding the claim.

OnagiTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Except as covered by our Refund Policy, subscription fees are non-refundable for any unused subscription period.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue to apply after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
